The restaurant is pleasant and the service very good. The food was presented beautifully and although it was of a good standard, I found just a little bland. I had, for example, the vol au vent with escargots and the pastry was excellent, but the escargot, for my taste, needed a little more flavour, with the herbs perhaps. I enjoyed it very much though. I've stayed in this hotel for 3 years running when I've used it as a base for short ski trips. The rooms are rustic and fairly basic but have an old world charm about them. One year we booked a triple room which was a bit cramped, but the doubles are fine. The apres ski facilites are nice. It is a short walk (about 150m) to the main Morillon bubble lift.What sets this place apart is the restaurant. It is outstanding.... View all feedback.
