decided to try this small hole in the wall bbq square. so glad that we! the bbq sandwich is excellent! so were the pommes and bore. I do not necessarily agree with the additional 15% congratulate for ordering over $50 if they do not wait for them after they are their food and drinks are in doses and no refills, but eating is really View all feedback.
I decided to give this small, hidden BBQ spot a try, and I'm so glad I did! The BBQ sandwich was excellent, as were the fries and the coleslaw. However, I don't quite agree with the additional 15% service charge for orders over $50, especially since the service felt a bit lacking, with no refills and drinks served in small portions. Overall, though, the food made it worth the visit!
In my opinion, they primarily just bring the food to your table—today, our party of four paid almost $11 just for that service. There are no drink refills, and the staff doesn’t check in to see if you need anything else. Meals are served in foam containers, and plastic cutlery is provided, which means there’s no dishwashing involved, but you end up cleaning your own table. I always aim to support local businesses, but after this experience, I won’t be returning, and my friends are also hesitant to recommend this place. Poor customer service and a focus on profit are often why restaurants struggle in small towns like this one.
