Nacho's - Moriarty
Nacho's
Description
Nestled on Route 66 in Moriarty, this old-school Mexican spot earns praise for Hatch green-chile dishes, flat enchiladas, chile rellenos, hearty green-chile stew and addicting chips and salsa. Staff are often warm and efficient and will pack sauces to go. The atmosphere is casual with basic tables and ample free parking, though service can be inconsistent and wait times vary. Several diners reported cleanliness concerns (flies) and the absence of beer/wine. A solid stop for road‑trippers and fans of authentic New Mexican comfort food.

Died and went to Indian fry bread taco heaven. The salsas made my year. I will miss you Nachos best bite I have had all year long.
This is the best Mexican food I’ve had in a long time. And I lived in Mexico for years! *chefs kiss
I Come through Moriarty at least 4 times a year. I've eaten at nacho's once because the woman at the front desk of the hotel recommended it. I wasn't impressed and it wasn't terrible. I only ate there today because my usual go to restaurant La Hacienda was closed. I found Nacho's to be way overpriced and the food was a cross between spicy or bland. The waitress was very pleasant and prompt though so I'll probably give it another chance in the future.
