The restaurant and restroom were well-maintained and clean. The food was both tasty and reasonably priced. Additionally, the seating area was spacious, and the condiment station was clean and well-stocked. Thank you all!

The restaurant was quite unclean, and the sandwich—a take on a French dip—was almost unpleasant to eat. It had been some time since my last visit to Arby's, so perhaps this is a chain-wide issue, but the meat quality was terrible. It resembled cheap deli meats, but even worse. I won’t be returning to Arby's.

I wasn’t expecting any compensation, not even a free gyro from the menu—in fact, I would have declined any offer out of concern for potentially encountering more flies or worse. My only intention was to suggest that the manager remind the staff to be more vigilant about keeping flies and other pests away during food preparation. I understand that insects can sometimes get inside, but extra care is essential when handling customers’ meals. That’s all I wanted to convey.

I really appreciate the fantastic deal of two for six dollars (or was it seven? My mom treated me, so I left feeling pleasantly satisfied). Thank you for keeping the restrooms clean and accessible. I’m glad you close the lobby at 10 PM, as I often crave a late-night meal when returning from Albuquerque, and it gives me a sense of safety and comfort. The roast beef and cheddar sandwich I ordered was perfectly balanced with just the right amount of meat and cheese, and the service was impressively fast. Arby's continues to deliver the quality we expect in our community by hiring students who are vital to its success. My kids can’t get enough of your food—it always hits the spot!

As a result, customer service is affected due to insufficient training and resources. On a positive note, the staff does try to be helpful and friendly.
