Taco Bell - Morganton

I wish I could give negative stars for my experience with the manager of this restaurant. I wanted to let them know that the taco meat I had tasted off and I was concerned about others potentially getting sick from it. I didn't ask for a new order, as I had no intention of returning that evening. When I mentioned that the tacos were not properly prepared, the manager's response was dismissive, saying they had been made incorrectly and the meat was bad. I simply wanted to prevent anyone else from experiencing the same, but I was met with unprofessionalism and no willingness to make things right. I would suggest finding a different taco bell location with a more respectful manager.

I waited for 18 minutes in the drive-thru, spent $35, and everything I ordered was cold. The soft tacos tasted like they came straight out of the refrigerator! The only good thing were the Cinnabon bites. I will never be returning.

The cashier and prep person were very friendly. The food was satisfying and fresh. This location is better than the other Taco Bell near exit 103. I will be coming here from now on. Thank you!

Food is pretty good and service is ok. Not the best. My boyfriend had ordered a nacho bell grande with just meat and cheese. When he got home it was just cheese, so we went back to have it corrected and they put everything on it! Got the order wrong TWICE! after that we have not been back. Not to mention they never put enough sauce in the bags… 3 packs of sauce for a whole bowl of nachos and 4 tacos!? No thanks

Long wait inside (20-30mins) before someone can help you at the register. Buritto wrapping skills aren't that good. Also couldn't find how to substitute certain items on kiosk.
