The barbecue is exceptional and truly unique. However, the operating hours are limited, and I wish the lobby were open again. The prices are very reasonable, and it's always nice to see familiar faces!
This barbecue is far superior to any other in the Morganton area! It was my favorite 30 years ago, and it's still exceptional today!
This was our first time ordering takeout from this restaurant, and we decided to try the fried chicken. All three of us agreed that it was the best chicken we've ever tasted! What more can I say? We're excited to go back and sample more of the menu!

Currently takeout only and cash only. Service was friendly and quick. We ordered a lb of the pork, was very good, $9. Potato salad was also good.
