Called to place a to go order but spent long enough on hold I went and ordered in person. Walked in and 3 workers were sitting at a table no one asked if I needed help. One guy was doing all the work who I believe was the same one who had to leave me on hold and now I know why. I'd definitely go to the one in tannery square if u want great service and great food. I called to place a takeout order, but after waiting on hold for quite a while, I decided to go in and order in person. When I arrived, I noticed three employees sitting at a table, and none of them offered to help me. There was one guy who seemed to be doing all the work, and I suspect he was the same person who had left me on hold. Now it all makes sense. While this location has fantastic food, the service is only average at best. If you're looking for excellent service and great food, I recommend the one in Tannery Square instead.
Great restaurant in Burke County! The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the servers are friendly. However, the owners leave something to be desired.
This is the best Mexican restaurant in Burke County! The servers are incredibly friendly, and they really know how to do their jobs. Leonard and his wife are wonderful and welcoming people. The food here is delicious, and I always enjoy my meals. Thank you for being part of Burke County. Love you all!
I really love this place! The one in Tannery Square has great staff and a wonderful atmosphere. After dining and placing takeout orders at the other location near Freedom Park, I can honestly say it’s faster for me to drive across town to Tannery Square than to wait for service at the one closer to my home.
