The only pub in the village. As we had rented a cottage in the village we decided to go for a meal. Having read the reviews on this and other web sites we were looking forward to it. We all had fish and chips. The...batter was greasy, the chips were oven cooked, and the plate filled with peas. A small piece of lemon for garnish. Very very very uninspiring. Live local but not used Admirals for some time, what a difference under new owners good food with pleasant service. Will be back on a regular visit now.
Lovely meal...staff were great n friendly n they allow dogs
Had a great lunch here today. Food was tasty, piping hot and good portions, all served by friendly efficient staff. Would definitely recommend. xxx
