Quick service, great coffee and an amazing rock bun.

I enjoyed... read more This cafe had a cozy atmosphere on a busy morning, with a few empty tables available. The service was a bit slow, but the staff were very apologetic. I enjoyed a delicious fruit scone and tea, with what I suspect was homemade jam. The order arrived promptly, which was a pleasant surprise. I definitely plan to return to try out some of their cakes!

The mushroom and bacon... read more We had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant. I had a baguette and my son had the soup and sandwich combo. The coffee was also very good. The mushroom and bacon soup was delicious! The baguette was so full that I had to figure out the correct way to eat it. My son's chicken sandwich was also very filling and he loved it. We had played a full morning of golf and this meal hit the spot. Thank you very much.

It is a lovely cafe located near the lighthouse and golf course/driving range, which is convenient for those staying at the caravan park in Silversands. The breakfast was delicious, made with high-quality ingredients and cooked perfectly. The service was friendly and the cakes available to take away were also very tasty, despite being a bit pricey at £5 each. I would recommend this cafe for breakfast, as they have a good selection of lunch items as well, though I did not try them. The price for breakfast may be slightly high, especially if you make substitutions, but it is justified by the quality of the ingredients used. Being able to customize items on the breakfast menu, such as swapping out tomatoes or black pudding for something else, would be a nice option. Overall, I would give this cafe a 5-star rating for the very enjoyable breakfast experience.
