This place is so good, great service, cute neighborhood ambience. The salmon soup (can not remember exactly the name) had a very tasty and unforgettable broth (I was with many rugs and pho sites) and many vegetables! Chickens over ginger noodles were delicious and fill. IMO, good drink selection too. They brought pliers, (additional plates and soup bowls also) for every dish when we recommended that we share food fam... View all feedback.
The restaurant itself is clean and cozy. It’s a smaller space, which is probably better suited for smaller groups. Plus, there's a free parking lot nearby. To start, I ordered the honey jalapeño tater tots, and they were absolutely AMAZING. Without a doubt, these are the best tater tots I've ever had! Someone give Napoleon Dynamite a call—he’s going to want to try these! They totally deserve a 5/5 rating! Next up were the chili oil wontons, which were also fantastic. However, since they didn’t stand out compared to other chili oil wontons I’ve had, I’m giving them a 4/5. Now, onto the main attraction! Sue suggested the Barramundi Noodles (grilled barramundi over roasted cauliflower with noodles in spicy Thai green curry), and it was an experience that left me speechless. Absolutely incredible! I can honestly say I can’t wait to come back. Seriously, you need to check this place out!
I had a terrible experience at Noodle Theory and I will never return.
To start, we ordered the Chili Oil Wontons. For my entrée, I chose the Chicken Karaage Ramen with spicy miso broth. I'm a big fan of miso-based ramen, and feeling adventurous, I opted for the regular spicy miso (there's a non-spicy option too). It was delicious! However, given that I have a low spice tolerance, I think I'll go for the non-spicy version next time. The chicken karaage was delightful! It was served on the side, so it remained crispy, and I could easily enjoy it over rice. I liked it so much that I asked if I could order another serving of karaage as a side, and thankfully, I could! I also dipped the karaage in the spicy miso broth, and it was a fantastic combination! The flavors were simply incredible. My partner ordered the pork loin ramen, which was also delicious and had a broth that I actually preferred! But I don't want this review to drag on, so I’ll save the details for another time when I return and try the Pork Loin Ramen myself!
From Sunday to Tuesday, I couldn't stop thinking about the meal I wanted to order. Every dish we've had—whether dining in or taking out—has been fantastic! Our favorites are the Beef or Chicken Udon with Curry broth. Enjoy your meal!
The beef curry udon was very appetizing! The beef was very tender and juicy with each bite and the curry was very creamy and full of flavor. I ran out udon before I could finish the curry!
