I HAD AN ISSUE ALMOST THE SAME HERE IN SONOMA COUNTY (SANTA ROSA) BUT THE WAY THE MANAGER EXPLAINED HIS POLICIES TO ME MADE PERFECTLY GOOD SENSE. Starbucks is in the customer service biz and this shop does not meet even the basic level...treating customers like dogs (come here! Over here! And so on). There are so many other local shops that have super friendly people...go there instead. View all feedback.

Fast service, friendly barristas; coffee while you grocery shop or on your way to work, what's not to like.
They have changed their hot chocolate recipe for the worse. Do not recommend it anymore. Big mistake on their part.
Grear Service...friendly cashier....very clean.... bathroom needs a touched up ....
