Higher end coffee shop. Easy access and handicap accessible. Delicious desserts, tasty coffees, lattes, cappuccino.
This is our favorite Starbucks in the Scranton Area! Very relaxed, great staff and quick yet perfect coffee!Vegetarian options: A variety of vegetarian and vegan meals/snacks plus soy, lactose free, oat, and almond milkDietary restrictions: I’m a vegan and I can always find both drink and eating optionsParking: Grand parking lot hosted by the shopping complexKid-friendliness: Our toddler runs around and everyone is so considerate with letting him be a kid. Very few times customers have complained.Wheelchair accessibility: Bathroom, tables, order counter and pick-up window are all accessible.

Was shocked to see how rude the lady taking the order was. Was simply asking for a reheat and ended up having to order more food as she wasn’t willing to help. Starbucks needs to check the attitude.
