The staff at Panera Bread truly care about their customers, but I wouldn’t suggest visiting during lunch hours. I had to wait 30 minutes for a takeout order. They were clearly doing their best, but the demand is very high at that time.
Service was very quick, and the place was nearly empty. The staff were extremely polite. I wonder what’s happened to all the other stores around here—perhaps online shopping has taken over. It seems America is busy supporting Amazon while local businesses struggle.
