Panera Bread - Moosic

They were seriously short staffed today and really struggling to keep up. They probably should have put a note on the door and taken a time out to get caught up on basic supplies, food prep, cleaning up, etc. Hopefully they get fully staffed and can moreadequately represent the Panera brand.

I ordered takeout coffee and scones. Unfortunately, the bathrooms were dirty, and the coffee was awful—definitely not drinkable, so I ended up throwing it away. The scone was good, but I don’t plan on coming back.

Very fast service. Facility was almost empty of customers. Very polite staff. What happened to all the stores in the area? Too much shopping on the internet I suppose. America is busy feeding Amazon while the local merchants take a beating?

I wouldn't typically give such a low score, but I was unable to reach anyone for help with an issue. They forgot to include an item that I paid for. I tried calling on November 19th, but no one answered the phone for an entire hour at 8 PM, even with a manager supposedly on duty. Considering the high prices of their food, I expected a much better standard of service. This was disappointing.

The staff here really takes care of their customers, but I wouldn’t recommend going during lunchtime. I waited 30 minutes for a takeout order. They were definitely working hard; there’s just a lot of demand during that time.
