I ordered takeout coffee and scones. Unfortunately, the bathrooms were dirty, and the coffee was terrible—so bad that I ended up tossing it. The scone was decent, but I don't intend to return.
Today, the restaurant was significantly short-staffed and had difficulty keeping up with the demands. It might have been a good idea for them to post a notice on the door and take a moment to catch up on essentials like supplies, food preparation, and cleaning. I hope they can hire enough staff soon to accurately reflect the Panera brand.
