Buffett was almost completely empty, I aske... read more Went to KFC in moorhead and was not impressed at all, we have had poor service there before, but this was way worse. Buffett was almost completely empty, I asked for a breast and the lady went to the back and came back with 2 different pieces of chicken, when my grandmother asked for one, the lady went back again looked around then came back and said it would be 20 minutes. my wife ordered off the menu for herself and our daughter, took almost 15 minutes to get that, then another 10 minutes to get my daughters mac and cheese cause they were out of it. we were there just before 5, so they should have had all fresh food made ready to go for the dinner rush. not a whole lot of people that work there speak English or even understand English....... management needs to step up and fix the issues

When I went back to get the two that were missing they managed to screw that up too. Perhaps if the employees would get of their phones and actually work this wouldn't happen. We won't be back.
