Some of the tables were dirty and i had to wipe my seat off prior to sitting down because there were crumbs on it. Also there were two young children of one of the employees running around near the entrance unsupervised. I believe they were staying there while the employee was working. I'm sorry but that seems like it would be a safety issue.

The manag... read more We had a coupon that offered a meal for $5.99. The total came to $16!! When we asked why the cashier refused to explain it and called for the manager. The manager could only say that's how the system rings it up as he turned around the computer, which was not meant to be turned to sow us a screen which did nothig but show the total. He then said there's a McDonalds down the street. Completely ridiculous! KFC is terrible anyway. I'm glad I didn't agree to pay.

When I went back to get the two that were missing they managed to screw that up too. Perhaps if the employees would get of their phones and actually work this wouldn't happen. We won't be back.

Stopped by this location on our way home to Barnesville Saturday night. Got home to find out we were missing a side. Called the location to speak to someone, sp... read more Stopped by this location on our way home to Barnesville Saturday night. Got home to find out we were missing a side. Called the location to speak to someone, spoke to the girl who worked drive thru, who pretty much told me I was a liar and she remembered handing me more than she did, and to call back at 8pm when a manager would be there. Called shortly after 8pm, spoke to a different associate, who told me to call at 9pm. (They close at 9pm, when I mentioned this she said her manager comes in to clean). Left my telephone number to have BJ, the store manager call me back, and two days later, still no call. Called corporate twice, and after 6 minutes on hold was disconnected the first time. the second time corporate took my name and number and said someone would call me. When I asked who I should expect a call from, I was told for their employees safety, he couldn 't tell me who would call or what number I should look for, just that it would be a 218 area code.
