I could see at least five emplo... read more I highly recommend you go to Chick-fil-A instead! I had a frustrating experience at this drive-thru, where I waited an eternity. I could see at least five employees, including the manager, but service was slow. When I asked about a specific pie, there was a delay before they finally confirmed it was available. After waiting an additional three days to pay and then more hours at the pickup window, I was informed that they didn’t actually have the pie and insisted I take a different flavor instead. I really didn’t want that option, but I also didn’t want to hold up the cars behind me, who were likely running low on fuel. So, I accepted whatever they gave me and left, only to find cold fries that I’m sure were thrown in my bag hours before I arrived. These were easily the worst cold fries I’ve ever had, and it’s a common occurrence. Honestly, how can they serve fries this cold after such a long wait? I don’t even know why I keep trying this place. Just go to Chick-fil-A instead!

The only reason I visited this restaurant was that it was the only option available at that time.
