The manager was locked in the office and didn’t bother... read more Our food took at least 35 minutes to arrive, even though there were only two customers in the restaurant. The manager was locked in the office and didn’t bother to come out and assist. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t great either. I spent $17, and the only thing that tasted decent was the mac bites. Even customers in the drive-thru had to wait over 30 minutes.

Basically they just didn?t wanna make our food! i work in restaurants industry andi have customers who come in right at our closing time yea it?s not fun but we still serve them but this arbys had nearly snentire hour before they closed! Not to mention the 3 employees who were outside smoking laughing and joking about you guessedit being out of the entire menu !
