Idk what the poin... read more Ordered to go was told it would be ready by 6 only to get my order at 6:11. Get home to find that I’m missing the celery and ranch we ordered. Idk what the point of paying To Go associate’s when they don’t do quality checks, just hand you the food late and stand around and talk the whole time. I assume they feel entitled to a tip but heavily need to reevaluate their work ethic by doing quality checks making sure food is handed out in an appropriate time before expecting a tip.

Spoke to the manage... read more 30 minutes till we decided to cancel our order. That is a long wait time for some wings. They cater more to their online and walk-in orders. Spoke to the manager Chelsea and she said she was in the kitchen helping get orders done. Obviously when the manager has to get the in the kitchen employees are not being trained properly or under staffed. Managers responsibility is to make sure the customers orders are being met in a timely fashion with a team that can keep up with the demand. All she can say is I’m sorry and okay.

My family and I went and sat and waited a good 20-30 for drinks we order our food at the same time as drinks after 1hr. We could no longer wait for our food. It was noteven busy nor full.. worse serve ever! We didn?t even realize how long it was taking since we were all wrapped up inconversation. When my husband paid our drink tab come to find out our food had been ready for over 30 mi ????????
