We were visiting and had full drinks in front of us and the server brought our check and didnt ask if we wanted anything else. Thought that was a bit strange. End of her shift maybe at 2 in the afternoon? Clean andenjoyable place to hang out.

My family and I went and sat and waited a good 20-30 for drinks we order our food at the same time as drinks after 1hr. We could no longer wait for our food. It was noteven busy nor full.. worse serve ever! We didn?t even realize how long it was taking since we were all wrapped up inconversation. When my husband paid our drink tab come to find out our food had been ready for over 30 mi ????????

Many 5 four tops open. We are told 20 minute wait. Manager comes out long beard to his chest to explain. Not enough servers. And very dry attitude with us. Looking,, I?m thinking this guy Should be wearing gloves to keep that beard outof the food. Nor was he wearing any sort of work gloves walking out of kitchen work area. so we passed and left. This was ourfirst visit to this location. Not going back!! We like clean kitchen habits and no beard net which is the law!! No beard grungein my wings. Yuk!!! Call the health department

My wife and I joined her nieces and their families, who... read more Surprisingly, I wasn’t ordering food myself, which turned out to be a blessing as the night progressed. My wife and I joined her nieces and their families, who did order from the Buffalo Wild Wings menu. They waited over an hour for a couple of burgers, some tacos, and the kids had chicken. Even the appetizers took ages to arrive. This was my first visit to any Buffalo Wild Wings, and given the service, it will likely be my last. My wife enjoyed a beer, while my soda remained empty for most of the evening, receiving a refill only when I was left with ice after the few times the waitress stopped by. I could elaborate on the subpar service we experienced. Unless they improve their food and drink service, I cannot recommend the Buffalo Wild Wings in Moore, OK. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues with their staff and service standards. I’m not one to complain without good reason, and I’m sure others wouldn’t appreciate the service we received either; we certainly didn’t.
