My wife has food allergies, and Baskin-Robbins is the only place she has been able to find that has a type of ice cream with no milk and the flavor she wants. Boy, does she love it. The staff was excellent, and those ladies had a great time. This particular franchise is combined with Duncan Donuts. So you could, if you wanted to, get ice cream, donuts, and coffee all in one stop. View all feedback.
What Kelly Provencio doesn't like about Baskin-robbins:
Just had to cancel my order with doordash. I ordered a banana split and they were out of both hot fudge and caramel toppings. How do you run out of those toppings when your business is Ice cream and you sell sundaes and banana splits!?!?!?! I will add, this is NOT the first time this store has run out of important items. Ordered my daughter's birthday cake from here and couldn't be any happier! The cake decorator deserves a raise bc they went above and beyond for us. Best birthday cake I've ever had!

OMG I LOVE their drive through service, puts me as ease every time and so kind and patient. Never feel rushed always feel special. And DAWN is amazing!! I have a long drive and no energy and she amazed me with a super caffeinated concoction specialized just for me. I said surprise me just make sure it has lots of caffeine and she made my happiness and energy instantly energized. Such great service. Couldn’t ask for better.
