Slow Service. As all the other comments attest, unless you're there during a lunch rush, service is abysmally slow. Wait staff, including bar tenders, hang out in the kitchen and don't refill drinks often or ask you about desert as they're serving entrees, seemingly to minimize their trips out of the kitchen. Consistent. Applebee's maintains the same quality nationwide. I really enjoy their burgers!
We chose this restaurant for my mom's birthday dinner, and it turned out to be a great choice. She ordered the smaller portion of ribs, while I enjoyed their prime rib French dip sandwich, which was excellent. Our waiter, Samantha, provided fantastic service. My mom was happy, and that's what truly matters!
I had a fantastic time when Josh was bartending! While the other bartenders left much to be desired, the food was delicious, and the wait staff was inconsistent.
The food and service were outstanding. The waitstaff was friendly and highly attentive.
I’ve dined here many evenings and have consistently experienced the same service issues. Occasionally, it's worth it when I'm craving a good 2 for $20 deal, but most of the time, it's simply not worth the wait.
