The overall atmosphere was great. The space is also very stylish. Of the dishes we tried, we would recommend: The mushrooms, beef cheek and the duck. Though everything was very good.

My partner and I wanted to try a new restaurant when I came across Spice Bar and I am SO glad we decided to come here. The service was amazing, the vibe was very intimate not to many tables so you don't feel crammed in and the food... the best food I have had on the coast in a long time. We could not fault it. Recommend this to everyone (make sure you try the Scallops mushrooms insanely deliicious!! Thanks Spice Bar we will be back! Sorry for my terrible pics haha.

Excellent flavour in every dish. We loved the food. Only down side is the food is a bit expensive considering the portion size. We ordered a small dish, two large sharing dishes, vegetables, and dessert. Plus we had one drink each. The bill came to around $130. We left a bit hungry, so on our way home we bought some hot chips. We really enjoyed the food at Spice Bar and can recommend it. Just go knowing it's a bit pricy. The 3 and 5 course dinners may be the better way to go when looking at value.

She suggested the fried mushrooms for entree, which I wasn't particularly sold on, but we ordered them anyway. They were phenomenal! Tempura mushrooms with a delicious sauce! OMG!! I would order just those if dining here again (with a side of rice). I also had the egg plant curry which was very tasty, but those mushrooms... drool.
