The first time the young lady serving us at night gave us a generous double scoop in a cup. The second time during the day a bearded guy served us between half 2/3 of what we received originally. My wife I thought we were served a “scabby” amount given the price. I told the guy about the significant quantity difference he said we must have been “over scooped” originally. I told him that perhaps he “under scooped” us. So much for the customer always being right. Regardless, having an inconsistent experience can often be the death of a business, especially when there is plenty of competition nearby.
