Unfortunately, I think "Broken Heart BBQ" is a more fitting name for this place. I ordered a three-meat combo with sweet potato fries and coleslaw through DoorDash. The fries were the waffle kind you find at Chick-fil-A—completely processed and arrived soggy and mushy. The coleslaw tasted like it came from a bag and had barely any dressing. We used Broken Bones for our wedding catering. They were AMAZING! During our tasting, Ryann made us feel like we were the only people in the restaurant and stayed and spoke with us for over an hour, answering all of our questions. The food was delicious and everyone has continued to compliment it, months after the wedding. They are very reasonably priced and super communicative. Next time we are in the Springs, we will definitely be stopping by for a bite to eat.
It was okay. The meats could use some more seasoning and marinade time. The sides were pretty bland. I mean I can make better BBQ. It wasnt anything special.
Try to eat here often food is always amazing and fresh, okra is always on point and hot tots are back.. great customer service too!!! Highly recommend
