I like to explore and found this corner shop less than ten minutes from my hotel. Lucky for me I was able to take part of the after five p.m. special; sandwich, entree and drink for 8.99.The clerk was very pleasant and after finding out that I would take my Caesar Palace wrap sandwich home, she placed it on the grill to warm it up. The shop was slightly full with students(McGill University is nearby) and people grabbing a bite to eat.This bargain meal was enough to fill me up without feeling stuffed. Java U serves fresh products like coffee, milk and their sandwiches that are made fresh every morning from their central kitchen location before being delivered to all their shops by 5 a.m.I enjoyed everything so much that I dined here once more during my stay in Montreal.
