What User likes about Chez Ma Tante:
Grew up near Chez Ma Tante and go back when ever I visit Montreal. Have introduced my son to it, and he now asks to go when we visit. Nothing like an all dressed steamie and some real fries and vinegar. My son says the poutine is the best! View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Chez Ma Tante:
Tried it and let me tell you it's just another hot dog nothing really impressive about the taste didn't leave saying wow that was great they could put more fries with your order when you order fries View all feedback.

read moreChez Ma Tante has been a staple in Montreal for over 90 years. With an unchanged menu that features delicious Shopsy's hot dogs, homemade coleslaw, and fresh-cut fries, this place offers an authentic taste of Montreal. The poutine is a standout, with reviewers praising the unique sauce. While some find the prices high and the decor lacking, the food quality and consistency have won over many loyal customers. Despite mixed reviews, Chez Ma Tante's reputation for serving some of the best hot dogs and poutine in the city remains strong.
