Contribute FeedbackWe called upon Ziinco for the cocktail hour and the meal at our wedding (May 2018). We had 150 guests, including adults and children. Benjamin and Pierre executed their mission flawlessly! The dishes served were from an exceptional caterer. In fact, many guests praised the deliciousness of the offerings, with special mentions for the grilled knives and duck confit cannelés. For the cocktail hour, the food was served directly from the food truck, adding a unique touch. The meal was equally delightful and innovative. For the occasion, we also rented their 150m² stretch tent, which impressed our guests with its stylish appearance. Benjamin and Pierre set it up a few days in advance, allowing us plenty of time to decorate it. Perfect! A final note on the service: Ziinco's team of servers was simply outstanding—efficient, friendly, and always attentive to our needs. I had a delightful moment of indulgence this Sunday with a tender confit lamb from Aveyron and caramelized onions, while sitting in the shade of the plane trees at Peyrou and enjoying the sounds of swing music. Thank you, Ziinco, for your kindness and smile!
Ziinco is fantastic! The small black pudding with apples from Vigan and the farmhouse salted meat are delightful! What more could you ask for?
