Bagitos - MONTPELIER
Bagitos
Description
In a charming niche neighborhood, this laid-back eatery marries an original Beutel-and-burrito concept with fresh, daily bagels, made-to-order tacos, quesadillas and hearty burritos. Friendly staff, strong coffee and a modest beer list complement frequent live music—from rock to jazz and Celtic jams—creating a lively, relaxing hangout for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The eclectic menu is a draw and a potential distraction; tighter focus and bolder bagel seasoning could sharpen an otherwise excellent, community-minded spot.

The restaurant offers a wide variety of bagels every morning, along with freshly made tacos, burritos, and quesadillas for lunch and dinner. They also host live music frequently, featuring genres ranging from rock to jazz, as well as a regular Celtic jam session.
The food and service were excellent. They also have live music and a good selection of beers! However, the bagels could use a bit more flavor. The combination of bagels, sandwiches, tacos, burritos, and Indian cuisine is a bit puzzling—perhaps a more focused menu would attract more customers? By the way, the restaurant is on the market for $66,000 if anyone is interested. For the full menu, check out the attached images.
The restaurant is in a charming niche area, offering a relaxing atmosphere and a unique concept centered around Beutel and burritos. The staff is friendly, and the burritos are absolutely delicious.
This place is a dream come true. Lots of selection for both bagels, bagel sandwiches, breakfast burritos, and various Mexican food. My girlfriend, who loves both bagels and burritos, had to take a long time to order because she had never had to decide between a bagel and a burrito before, but it was a good problem to have. Other than the food, the decor is definitely unique and therr is always music going, whether live or on the speakers.
