At this location, sometimes everything is great, and others are just average . Food and service is a roller coster.

I was extremely happy with the food and customer service at this restaurant! Megan and Otis were quick and efficient. Megan had a delightful personality and made sure I had everything I needed. I will definitely be returning!

At the Waffle House in Montgomery, AL by ASU. Same like all the others. Everything was good; the atmosphere, service and food.

I had scrambled eggs with cheese, grits, scattered hash browns with various toppings, and coffee. It's classic diner fare—nothing extraordinary, but it gets the job done. The food is hearty, quick, and budget-friendly. Plus, they're open 24/7, 365 days a year. However, the quality of service can vary depending on the time of day and who’s working. I've also learned to double-check my order ticket, as sometimes their calculations can be off. What I love about Waffle House is its consistency; whether you’re in Tennessee, Arizona, or Florida, you know what to expect. Generally, service is prompt and the restrooms are well-maintained.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this restaurant. As soon as I entered, my waitress, a young Black woman, warmly greeted me and quickly cleared a table for me. She was polite and efficient while taking my order and served me my chocolate milk along with a delicious bowl of sausage, bacon, and egg grits. Lastly, she promptly brought me my check. This Waffle House should definitely do everything possible to keep her around; that level of southern hospitality is a rare find!
