Panda Express - Montgomery
Panda Express
Description
Panda Express in Montgomery, Texas, presents a mixed culinary experience. While some patrons enjoy the delicious dishes like teriyaki and orange chicken along with friendly service, others express dissatisfaction due to inconsistent food availability and order accuracy. The restaurant has faced criticism for its limited menu and erratic service, including unexplained lobby closures. However, many also praise the manager's attentiveness and the quality of food served at catered events. Though it may not be the quintessential American Chinese dining experience, it offers quick, conveniently accessible meals that appeal to those who value speedy service and generous portions.

Wasn't pleased with the service and quantity of food. When I mentioned it to the server, she said one scoop for a bowl...I use to frequent Panda and had received more meat for a bowl...but I definitely wasn't pleased this visit....and may cut Panda as my go to...if I want just rice, I can make that at home.
The manager was very friendly not only to me but with other customers. Seems like now people only tend to share their bad experiences because it’s not expected and they just want to take it out on someone. I will be coming back because of Erick.
So disappointing. I was overcharged and didn't notice until after paying. They could not process a refund for the overcharge amount so to make it right the manager gave me a free meal card and said get whatever I like.I went back and it was a different manager, the store manger. That manager up charged me for the shrimp. I shared that I was back because the previous manager said that my meal would be comped to make it right. The store manager was so aggressive I almost just left. He said if I wanted shrimp just pay. I did.It wasn't about the money. It was that if you are going to make things right, do that. Don't upcharge me while borderline yelling then walking away.
Chow mein should be moist not dry. Needs more sauce for sure. And why are you open and out of things all the time? Make it in smaller batches to waste less but at least have what your menu board advertises that you have to serve. And there is NEVER ANY SWEET TEA. and this tea is GREat! So keep it in stock! How can you sell it if you never have it and people will buy it??
