My parents' 50th anniversary party was catered by this restaurant. The food was delicious and arrived on time. The manager ensured that all of our needs were met. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly. Eric, the manager, did a fantastic job accommodating 100 people with excellent results. What User doesn't like about Panda Express:
Fast Chinese food with options. The food is mostly hot and fresh but occasionally some of the less popular options can be less than. The food isn't prepared to order since it's a buffet style. I used to eat here often and have started to less as the quality has been a little lower and the selection is always limited when I go in. Good food. I would have used more noodles for the amount of meat that came with the plate order. Of course, as with all others, prices have risen. service was fast and friendly.

I usually resort to Panda when I’m away from home and traveling. Between meat choices and rice/noodles, it’s a whole hardy meal. However, this Panda’s rice was thick and mushy. Noodles were solid. And the new almond chicken was 60% breading and the sauce was very oiley and burnt.
Okay so I decided to try the new Panda Express in Montgomery Texas for the first time. Came in at 11:45 and they were out of 6 entrees and two vegetables. Asked the manager why are they out of so many items when it was only 11:50 at that time her only reply was we are working on it. The only young man cooking what’s doing his best but it was obvious that they had not been asking him to prep more food based on the conversation. Not only myself but clients ahead of me and behind express their dissatisfaction. Very bad first impression.
Strangely had a sign on their door that the lobby was closed. No explanation....just closed. Even weirder, there were people inside sitting down at tables eating. I think COVID empowered businesses to close without reason and now they just do so randomly.
