Napa Kitchen Montgomery

We dined on NYE with our two girls 5 and 6. The staff was very welcoming and even gave the girls hats and necklaces to wear. The food was excellent and spaced out perfectly. We did not feel rushed at all. The kids meals are $5 and very generous portions. I didn't know they had a kids meal and had planned for them to share a flatbread. They were very excited to pick their own meals.

The restaurant changed considerably since we were last in. The food was meh. The charcuterie was literally cheese on a tray with grapes and lettuce. Pastas were watery and fairly flavorless. Service and vibes were great!

Restaurant was short staffed affecting the operation this night. Our 4top party was seated half hour after reservation time; server was excellent but everything took forever; drinks and food arrived at odd intervals and some food was not at temperature. VERY noisy, full restaurant.

Server was good, but bar service was extreemly slow, and kitchen service was very slow. Cheese Board app was pretty disappointing-3 slices of chese, olives and grapes, bread, and marmalade sauce and a mustard sauce. Chippiono was very good. Streak Frittes was well done (ordered medium), and server never came back to check after food was delivered. Overall, just an 'okay ' meal.

Great atmosphere. Food is high quality and surprisingly reasonably priced. Wine selection is vast to newcomers like us. Service was accommodating and friendly. Would recommend to friends and we will return!
