Ms. Annie runs her business with authority and doesn’t rely on gimmicks. Her presence commands respect, something I feel is lacking in many companies nowadays. Thank you, Annie, for providing such excellent service! View all feedback.
What Lilla Reichert doesn't like about Church's Texas Chicken:
Tonight, I ordered a family meal from this restaurant, but when I called to complain that the food was old and cold, I was met with poor service. The young lady who answered the phone was responsible for handling customer inquiries, and when the manager took over, I was treated very rudely. Horrible. The chicken was hard on the outside and under cook in the inside. I had to return my entire order for a family of five.
The customer service at church’s on E South Blvd is horrible you get rushed when ordering then you get to the drive-thru window they don’t have your order right .. they do not let you know if it’s a wait on chicken they get frustrated when your ordering food just awful and they HAD NO SMOKE HOUSE CHICKEN READY
Chicken is great but it usually takes a while to get your order and the drive thru people are not friendly at all!
Never again worst customer service I have ever had no way as a customer should have been treated that way. I refused to eat there on top of the dirty kitchen and all out disgusting appearance
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The chicken was raw, cut into the tiniest pieces imaginable, and the service was the worst I've ever encountered. It's frustrating because there's nothing you can do about it. I suggest you learn to cook or set aside time to prepare your own meals because dining here is an absolute waste of money. It would be better for them to just toss their money away and visit a sick house to catch a disease themselves.
