This is undoubtedly the best Chick-fil-A in the area. The staff is consistently polite, the food is always fresh and delicious, and my numerous large orders have always been correct. If they continue to excel at this level, I may have to start budgeting for more frequent visits. View all feedback.

Disappointing customer service experience with this Chick-fil-A staff, including the manager. We arrived in the line to order at 8:59 and while we understood the restaurant closes at 9:00PM, staff was still outside taking other orders. When it was our turn, the staff said they were closed. I drove from prattville to this Chick-fil-A place on request of my 4 year old sohnes. he wanted to play on the indoor play structure. I should have followed my first understanding and drove to ostchase. when entering the establishment I read at the door that the table service was offered to him this place, not that we needed it. That was great because we were one. I went to the cash register, and the bank that looked at me, and then I informed them that I wanted to order one. I got my order in a bag that read that I didn't think much of it when I waited for my shake. After a few minutes, a young man tried to give me my shake with the shake that runs down all the sides of the kelch, it was also about his hands. I refused to accept it and ask him to clean the cup. it was so terrible that the casser asked someone else to make the shakes so that they finally made me a new shake. problem solved. So I thought, after I had eaten and finished playing my son, he was ready to eat. we went back to the counter to place an additional job for his meal, then I asked the cash if she would put my son order on a tablet because we put into the restaurant, she asked the manager who shouted her head, no. then I asked the manager himself, did not have Chick-fil-A for the customers who spun back, she looked at her as I said. I just replied, okay my son and I sat in the escort when he was eating out of his pocket. during this time, the manager spoke very rude and loud when she was complaining of a customer under the name alvin. we sat in the 2nd to the last table, on the left side cabinet to the indoor play structure and could hear their word for word. this is ridiculous! **** bad management!
Food is great of course! Drive thru service is not efficient. It's best to use app and go inside to pick up. One of the girls who work in the morning is not friendly. No My Pleasure Since this location is in my daily route, I go at least 2 days a week.
We both ordered a #2 regular and they tried to upgrade us to the deluxe without asking. Also they didn't ask if we wanted condiments. But the food was good as usual.
Chic-fil-a's food is very consistent in quality and is delicious. They keep their drive through lines moving with only short pauses in movement, and they are friendly, patient, and helpful. I have made them my go to place!
This location is fine. Get rid of the young lady called, Faith. She clearly doesn’t want to be here to work. Or, to be overly generous, put her in the dish pit. Rude AF.
