Their car side service sucks!! Placed an order online, had an estimated time for 9:03, arrived few minutes after that, called the number on the sign and nobody picked up the phone!!! It’s ridiculous, I mean it just rung over and over and I know there’s people working there. So I checked in online once I couldn’t get through and they still didn’t bring the food out!! I swear I’m never doing it again!! View all feedback.
All food orders were hot, fresh and quite good. pleasant atmosphere; server was attentive but not intrusive; we enjoyed our time together.
The food was great an the wait wasn't long all...my husband an I must go back.
Food. 5 stars. Service 3 starts.. Waiter did not remember order, food took 55 minutes to come out, not one offer for a refill. Not acceptable. Updated.. 05/07/2022 Food is still 5 starts. Waited for pickup 1 h 15 minutes. Phone number is outside for curb side pickup but no one answers tgr phone. Reduce to 2 starts because that's horrible service.
Extremely ratchet and I wouldn’t trust a dog to eat from this place. I ordered my food online and the website said it would be ready at 3:34. I got there at 4:06 and sat in my car for 10 minutes then called in there and the young ratchet answered the phone talking about it will be out when it’s ready. Once I said it should have been ready she hung up in my face. Then a guy comes out and says they don’t have 2 of my items so I said to have it cancelled. A few minutes later the same girl that answered the phones comes to tell me that I would need to get out of my car to cancel my ONLINE ORDER and walks off! I then asked to speak to the manager and she was nice about refunding my order but they really need to think about the people they hired because it looks bad at this location.
