Eventually, I was asked to move my car forward, with the assurance... read more I ordered several items totaling over $30 and ended up waiting in line for about 15 minutes. Eventually, I was asked to move my car forward, with the assurance that my food would be brought out when it was ready. The employee apologized multiple times, insisting that he hadn’t forgotten about me, yet I watched as many other cars came through and left with their orders while I was left waiting. After 45 minutes, I had been waiting for an hour for food that I had ordered online, which should have been ready when I arrived. I ordered two smashed potato bowls, but neither of them came with fries. I also ordered two large mashed potatoes, but one only included two scoops, which is certainly not a large serving. Additionally, I ordered a bucket of chicken that was supposed to come with biscuits, but there were none. None of the sauces I ordered were included either. They really shouldn’t be open with just one employee working. It's been about three years since my last visit due to similar issues, and now I can confidently say I won't be returning.
