I ordered several items totaling over $30 and ended up waiting in line for about 15 minutes. Eventually, I was asked to move my car forward, with the assurance that my food would be brought out when it was ready. The employee apologized multiple times, insisting that he hadn’t forgotten about me, yet I watched as many other cars came through and left with their orders while I was left waiting. After 45 minutes, I had been waiting for an hour for food that I had ordered online, which should have been ready when I arrived. I ordered two smashed potato bowls, but neither of them came with fries. I also ordered two large mashed potatoes, but one only included two scoops, which is certainly not a large serving. Additionally, I ordered a bucket of chicken that was supposed to come with biscuits, but there were none. None of the sauces I ordered were included either. They really shouldn’t be open with just one employee working. It's been about three years since my last visit due to similar issues, and now I can confidently say I won't be returning.
I visited this restaurant on April 13, 2024, around 6:30 PM. Unfortunately, I found the establishment to be quite dirty. The tables were not clean, and the area near the soda fountain was particularly unappealing. My food was average, but the women's bathroom was also dirty. Please put in more effort for your customers!
Eventually, we received our food, but they forgot my sauce and one of my sides was missing. My husband’s meal was soggy and stale. Unfortunately, we had already driven away, so I couldn't retrieve my side, but even if I had, it wouldn't have fixed the soggy, stale food. We definitely won’t be returning. This was a terrible experience with subpar food.
What’s the point of placing order on App if we can’t go inside, nope drive thru only. That was the point of ordering so we didn’t have to wait 4 vehicles behind. Lesson learned. Won’t do it again. If I could give zero I would. We get home half the chicken was cold and not cooked. To top it off we ordered 3 sides and each of them looked like they put an ice cream scoop in each one. Family of 3 and it’s a meal for 1. Would have been okay if we didn’t pay 40$
