They were extremely crowded and maybe they have not been able to adapt to the crowd. They got us in pretty quick. After we ordered we waited almost an hour before wegot our food and they brought me the wrong order. They said they could fix it but it would be that much longer to wait. They didnot try to adjust our bill.

It's says Shots $2.25 but what they aren't telling you is it is a special kind that has very little alcohol. Some menu (as we experienced last night) haven't been updated. It took 3 I SAY 3 waitresseslast night to come to a consensus on the price of the Margaritas. On the upside the food is good and the staff are friendly butwith the false pricing we won't be going back.

The service was qui... read more We were in Montevallo on Christmas Eve and found this to be the only restaurant open (apart from fast food). We decided to have lunch there. The service was quick and friendly. The salsa was better than most in Alabama, not tasting like ketchup with added flavors. I ordered the shrimp chimichanga, my daughter got the fish tacos, and my boyfriend ordered the taco, enchilada, chili relleno combo plate. My dish was tasty, although a couple of the shrimp were cold. The taco my boyfriend ordered came in a taco bell style shell that disintegrated due to the moisture of the dish, making it not very authentic. He was pleasantly surprised that the chili relleno was stuffed with meat. The fish tacos had a good-sized piece of fish in each. Overall, the experience was decent and I would consider going back.
