When one of the items I ordered was unavailable, they provided a very generous substitute. The store is clean, and the sandwiches consistently turn out great.

I work at a hospital just five minutes away, and it was the only nearby option for food during my break. I placed my order online, but by the time I picked it up and returned to work, I discovered that I had been given a cold burrito instead of the grilled chicken wrap I ordered. To make matters worse, I paid extra for sliced avocado, but my wrap was completely covered in guacamole, which I really dislike. As a result, I had to throw the entire order away. Nobody mentioned this when I picked up my food, and had I known, I would have opted for something else while I was still there. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

Before placing our order, we showed the coupon to the person at the cash register, who seemed to be the store manager. She appeared to be in her 30s and of Indian descent. She informed us that the store did not accept any type of coupons and refused to even glance at it, despite it being a legitimate coupon with a code number and an expiration date of June 25, 2023. I pointed out that this was false advertising, but she didn't seem to care. So, we decided to leave the store. Her attitude was very rude, and we won't be returning to Subway again.
