I consider myself a diner expert, and Ray's might be the best I've ever visited. The atmosphere is cozy, with a strong sense of community, and the staff are outstanding. The huevos rancheros with spicy chorizo from the menu were the best I've ever tasted, and the coffee is excellent. A definite 10/10!
