I fully support the mask-wearing policy at this restaurant. It's no issue for me to follow this rule. However, if someone doesn't have a mask, they should be provided with one. This restaurant owner is incredibly rude. I hurried in with my 17-month-old baby to grab lunch before heading back to work and realized I had left my mask. When I entered, the owner started yelling at me, asking if I didn't see the sign on the door. I love their fresh juices and salads at this restaurant. Everything tastes so fresh!
I really enjoy the salads from Green Chop's. The vegetables are always fresh and the owners, a lovely couple, provide excellent service.
The owner of this restaurant was extremely disrespectful. I quickly entered with my 17-month-old baby to grab lunch before returning to work, forgetting my mask. The owner immediately began yelling at me about the sign on the door. I apologized and asked if I could use a mask, but he rudely told me to go back to my car. After working in Montclair for over three years, I will definitely not be recommending this place to anyone. It's important to treat and speak to people with respect.
A gem! Everything is fresh and homemade, always vegan and veg options, you can customize everything. Love their juices, sandwiches, soups, and salads. Staff are friendly and have lots of regulars because they?re so great. Edited to add: Happy towear a mask at any time for others safety during a pandemic. Appreciate business owners who care for others.
I agree with these reviews. I wore a mask when I went in there and he was still rude. He is old school and not customer friendly. He should stay in the back and let his workers run his business but you can tell he is the type that micromanages hisworkers and yells at them. I don?t know how you could work for him. High prices, terrible service, and an empty store; I don?tknow how he stays open. He must do well on ?to go? orders cause I will not return.
