My wife brought home my #6 giant. It barley had roast beef on it. It's like they used the mini size and just spread the meat around to cover the bread. Very disappointed at this location. I have never experienced this at the La Verne store, or maybe it's something new they are doing1 star because there is nothing less. View all feedback.

Every time I go here something is wrong. I ordered from the app for curbside pick up and waited in the parking lot 10 minutes past the pickup time then decided to go in and I saw my order sitting there with employees just standing around. I said I had a curbside and they were like oh I 'm sorry . So yeah
The staff is very friendly and helpful they food is very good and
Bad customer service. This location refuses to stock water cups and will not provide any paying customers with water. They also have an, “out of order,” sign on the soda machine (forcing customers to buy a none refillable soda from the fridge). Been here several times over the past 3 months and observed this every time.
