Excellent Prosekar as an aperitif (a local, genuine expression of Prosecco) followed by a variety of antipasti and primi piatti, and then a medium rare beef fillet in a hay bed...! Excellent! Strawberry sorbetto with long pepper as a dessert is delicious. Service is very kind and professional, as every time. Many thanks indeed!
