Huyen is literally a gift. I decided to work with Huyen for my wedding on 4/15/2023 and I can confidently say that she's the best thing that happened to my wedding. Ever since the beginning, she was always transparent about pricing and she also gave great suggestions about food. I love that she was always upfront about everything. Pricing is definitely reasonable and honestly, I feel like she puts in so much work that she actually doesn't ask for enough! She is absolutely the sweetest and friendliest person to work with and she is always offers to help you in any way she can. Her team helped me with the setup of my venue and she also rented supplies to me. As I said before, Huyen is literally a gift and I was so grateful to have her be at my wedding. All of my guests were raving about her food and my husband and I cleared the plates at our reception hahah. You will absolutely not regret working with her, I'm already looking forward to another opportunity in my future to work with her!

I was referred to Huyen when looking for a private chef in Palm Springs for a bachelorette party. It was my first private chef experience so I wasn't sure what to expect, but Huyen delivered on what I asked for. She was easy to work with, very responsive, and extremely talented. All I gave her for ideas was one restaurant my friends love to go to and she used her creativity to come up with a full 5-course menu! Huyen and her assistant were an absolute delight to have in our kitchen. We really enjoyed the presentation and flavors of all the dishes. I'll definitely be reaching out to her again in the future!

Huyen was everything you could have want in a private chef. We collaborated on a menu for my sister's Bachelorette in Palm Springs this past weekend, and she delivered! She was so responsive in the lead up to the evening, with a strong attention to detail (allergies, timing, location, etc. without being boring. She and our waiter were so kind, thoughtful, and fun! The food was amazing, with everything tasting incredible and the presentation was divine. The conversations with her throughout courses was even better. She explained how she always tries to find the story behind a dish if it is something she hasn't made before. It was the cherry on top to an incredible meal/experience. Huyen is going to be a staple whenever I celebrate in the desert!

I was looking high and low for a caterer in Cherry Valley, and since we started planning our wedding a little late, the bigger caterers that could do Asian cuisine were all booked out. But I stumbled on Huyen 's Instagram and website while doing a deep dive for caterers nearby that could incorporate Asian cuisine as I 'm Singaporean...AND I HAVE NO REGRETS! Working with her was an extremely pleasant process, we had many calls to discuss what food I wanted, and what we could do to fit my budget...she even gave me suggestions for planning my wedding!! I absolutely adored her kind and genuine soul for creating healthy and amazing food, accounting for different dietary preferences/needs. She made the catering process of my wedding extremely smooth. She was so patient even though I had so many changes no. of people, what I needed for drinks...etc. While I was taking my photos after my ceremony, her staff joined us out in the windy cold area with warm food. Btw....it was really cold and windy but there wasn 't any complaints from them. My family and guests absolutely loved the wontons, stuffed mushrooms, pigs in a blanket, and charcuterie board, and everything was well...equally good!! I don 't live in California.....but thinking back to the wedding, makes me really want to eat her dishes again.

I called Huyen from a referral only a week before my event, a casual but special home meal for our family's visit to Palm Springs. Huyen was able to accommodate us and very easy to work with. She and her assistants Dave and Shawn prepared a delicious soup to nuts Vietnamese style dinner. The Baked Alaska was a real treat for my husband. My family was so impressed with the presentation and quality of the food and her services were fair priced for the area. We made a new friend that night and we look forward to future meals by Huyen and her able crew the next time we are in town.
