The pumpkin squash soup special was as good as I've ever had anywhere in the best of restaurants. And I love the toasted bagel with chicken salad. Unfortunately the place wasbusy and the kitchen staff must have been overworked because we waited 30 minutes for our order. The atmosphere is fine, nothingfancy, but certainly comfortable and more attractive than just rows of tables. Panera is one of my favorite places.

Customer service is okay at this location, perhaps due to the short of staff nowadays, plenty of parking and there are lots of stores in that plaza to walkaround after eating.

Pretty disappointing and gross, if they want tooffer flavored iced tea that's fine just label it as such. And the coffee is too weak to be enjoyable.

We did an online order and requested no mayonnaise because we are allergic. When we went to pick up the sandwiches the managertold us that it was already a deal. But highly recommend not visiting this location. They are extremely rude condescending andnot willing to work with the customers. Would rather drive to Pasadena where there are nice and accommodating and professional.10 out of 10 do not recommend. Do not visit this location do not do online orders.
