I've noticed that whenever a woman prepares my burrito, it tastes significantly better! My wife and I believe it's because women put more care into it. Has anyone else experienced this?

At Chipotle Mexican Grill, the rice in my burrito bowl was completely undercooked—crunchy, hard, and utterly inedible. Since the rice forms the foundation of the menu item, it was extremely disappointing and frankly not worth the price, as the entire meal went straight into the trash. I've ordered from other Chipotle locations regularly without any issues, so this experience was especially frustrating.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant on April 20th, 2024, at 4:30 PM. There was only one person serving while four others were just standing behind her supervising. The service was extremely slow, and the staff member had a complete lack of urgency; she came off as rude and arrogant, which is surprising considering her job involves preparing burritos. To make matters worse, my food was cold. This message goes directly to the management—either they don’t care or they lack the ability to train their staff properly. The Chipotle at the mall is far superior.
