I... read more I just visited this Chipotle to pick up an order for my daughter. She mentioned that the lettuce tasted overly salty, but to me, it actually tasted like soap. I’ve been trying to call the store, but they keep directing me to submit my complaint online, which is frustrating since I’m already on the freeway.

Since the rice forms the foundation of the menu item, it was extremely disappointing and frankly not worth the price, as the entire meal went straight into the trash. I've ordered from other Chipotle locations regularly without any issues, so this experience was especially frustrating.

There was only one person serving while four others were just standing behind her supervising. The service was extremely slow, and the staff member had a complete lack of urgency; she came off as rude and arrogant, which is surprising considering her job involves preparing burritos. To make matters worse, my food was cold. This message goes directly to the management—either they don’t care or they lack the ability to train their staff properly. The Chipotle at the mall is far superior.
