What Robert Alonso doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
Very, very poor service, the host completely ignored me when i ask to be put on the list. Once seated, i got a beer which was completely flat and warm. I asked for another one and it took them about 12 minutes to bring it to my table. the food was horrible and cold. My recent visit to Chili's was nothing short of fantastic. Our waiter was exceptionally nice and attentive, adding to the enjoyable dining experience. The restaurant was impeccably clean, which was very reassuring. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious! Each dish was prepared to perfection, leaving us completely satisfied. I highly recommend Chili's for a great meal and excellent service. View all feedback.
