Sheetz - Monroeville

I ordered a roasted half Hoagie, it was not roasted, it was microwave, the bread was so chewing that I could hardly eat it. You screwed my order twice before I have my right order. And the music was so loud that you could hardly think.

I love going to Sheetz. It is so quick and easy. The customer service is also amazing. Today I noticed that my cappuccino had run out of powder after I got to work. On my break I ran over to Sheetz again and asked if I could replace it. Unfortunately I didn't get the kind lady's name who assisted me, but she is a dear. She let me replace the coffee, assisted with the machine when it got clogged, and even gavee so e coupons for the trouble. It really wasn't any trouble because I am just right across the street, but she insisted on having the coupons. I also really enjoy the self checkout lines for those that don't need anything behind the counter. It makes getting the morning breakfast and coffee a cinch.Thanks guys.

I had a horrible experience tonight I waited 35 min for a pretzel and French toast sticks. Then the manager and the one employee Gabbie was very rude to me for no reason. It was the worst sheetz I have been too I go there everyday and this was the 2nd time this manager was ignorant she just is not a people person to be working at Sheetz

The store is generally a great place to go but since they got this assistant manager Gabby it 's a shut up and wait store. You can 't ask about certain products or she threatens to call the cops on you. So don 't look at her keep your eyes down and hope you don 't have to deal with her. And don 't expect your food to be done properly because this 2am shift is a joke and doesn 't care about the customers

I love the new renovations to this Sheetz. I've been coming here for years. Friendly staff, clean environment, and great food. I like how they added a seating area. I highly recommend getting a Sheetz card!
