The manager was unhelpful and showed no intere... read more I would give this location zero stars if possible. I'm extremely disappointed with the service at this Red Robin. The manager was unhelpful and showed no interest in listening to feedback from a loyal customer. There were wet spots on the floor that could pose a slipping hazard, especially for elderly patrons, yet Glenn, the manager, ignored this issue and dismissed my concerns entirely. It raises the question: who can you turn to with such complaints? I really hope corporate addresses this problem. It's disheartening for an establishment to project such a negative image to loyal customers. I won't be returning to this location, nor would I recommend it to anyone attending conferences or sports events nearby. They are likely to be disappointed as well. Having a manager who shows little regard for their job or for customer satisfaction is very troubling. I would hesitate to dine here knowing that the management lacks concern for basic expectations. With a manager like Glenn, it’s hard to imagine how the staff are treated. Dining at this location feels like endorsing a system that mistreats customers and possibly the servers who would be serving you and your loved ones. This reflects poorly on Red Robin as a whole, and it’s quite embarrassing. In summary, the level of service here isn't worth compromising the time you spend with your family, teammates, or friends.

It was a unique taste that I really enjoyed, especially paired with the homemade chips. My husband ordered the Royal Burger along with garlic parmesan fries, and if you're a garlic lover, those fries are a must-try! I opted for the Impossible Burger with regular fries. Although the fries are bottomless, we never end up ordering more because we get so full. Parking was easy to find since Red Robin is conveniently located near the mall. We always have a great experience here, so we will definitely be returning!

I ordered pretzel bites a... read more I arrived when there were only a few tables occupied. The server was friendly, but the girl delivering food and drinks was a bit rude. I ordered pretzel bites and received the bitter end of the beer cheese; when I asked for more, it didn't arrive until my main course came out. Drink refills took a long time, and the waitress hardly checked on us. I could even hear the table next to mine complaining. Since dining here, my boyfriend and I have been feeling unwell. I suspect that the meat might have been spoiled.

More fries in the takeout orders would be nice, but my only *real* complaint was the lack of BBQ sauce on my chicken sandwich... which is kind of a problem onthe Whisky River BBQ. Gotta drench that patty.

The place is not even busy I wait 10mins before an African American male finally came out seated me with an attitude like I was a bother. After sitting there for awhile an African American lady came, took my drinkorder never came back. But I sure enjoyed watching a short white guy in a dress shirt, with a beard a cook also with a beardeating on the line BIG HEALTH CODE VIOLATION!!!! The shorter white hostess could have cared less when I said I was leavingbecause I couldn't get waited on. This is on 8/17 4pm....I will never return!!!! UPDATE I contacted the email provided below.As of 8/22 I have yet to be contacted. So apparently the corporate office doesn't care either, no wonder the staff manager arethe way they are!!!
