I also order... read more Although I am a big fan of Chick-fil-A, my recent drive-through experience was somewhat lacking. I ordered a salad but didn’t receive any dressing. I also ordered two extra meals, but they didn’t include any ketchup or Chick-fil-A sauce. It felt as if they forgot all the essential accompaniments for the meals. The food itself was good, as always, but it was disappointing when I met up with my friends without everything we needed.

I know when you see that long line you think, they are going to take all day with your food. They are quick even when they are short staff.

However, the staff member who took my order was exceptionally friendly and we... read more It had been a long time since I last went to a Chick-fil-A—likely since childhood. However, the staff member who took my order was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which truly enhanced my experience. Despite the usual long lines at Chick-fil-A, I received my food in just about five minutes. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit!

However, what I received seemed to be grilled chicken that looked as though it had been chewed up before being added to the salad. There were no chicken tenders, and the ranch dressing was missing as well. On the bright side, the frosted lemonade was quite good. Unfortunately, I ended up having to throw the salad away.

I can easily wait in a shorter drive-thru line that doesn’t take up half of a strip mall and block parking for other stores for some average fast food chicken.
