Don’t bother placing an online order, they will take care of everyone who ordered through them (even after we arrived) and make you wait 25 minutes for 2 meals. And then when you question where your food is they are extremely rude. The guy threw it on the counter and didn’t say a word. This is why the Monroe Street one is better by a mile! You will actually get taken care of there with great customer service!
This is our favorite wendys! Yea we have had issues but Maybe 1 out of 10. The dinner time managers are awesome!
I went to this restaurant for a quick dinner with my family. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and the prices were reasonable for a family of four.

The restaurant consistently fails to have baked potatoes, which is reminiscent of McDonald's not having ice cream. I also visited with the intention of trying the baconator on a pretzel bun, but they only had it on a regular bun. This seems to be a trend at Wendy's - promising items they cannot provide. Additionally, the drive-thru is consistently slow, even when there is no one else in line. The parking situation is awkward with limited spaces available.
