I typically just order a $5 box for one person, so it's frustrating that my order is consistently incorrect. It's also important for the restaurant to disable online ordering when they are temporarily closed to prevent customers from wasting money.

She requested a refund, but was denied and given a coupon for a free taco that expires in a day. We were very disappointed with the poor management and customer service. It makes no sense to have the inside open if it's going to be ignored. We will not be returning.

I don’t know who’s working the night shift but they should be reprimanded for this kind of thing that’s messing with our families Christmas’s and now that’s going too far we have families too I have an autistic son and a mom with dementia a sister who has lung cancer and a room mate with severe Chronic COPD so yes I have to take care of my ppl too. My friend has two handicapped parents to take care of so something should be done about this for sure . Also this has never happened before at this Taco Bell they used to be great
