She realized she had made a mistake and went back to the window, only to find out she had forgotten our daughter's entire meal. The staff actually asked her to return a drink that she had paid for, which was completely unacceptable. The lack of customer service and the need for more training was evident. Even if a mistake was made and an extra drink was added, the inconvenience of having to go back through the line due to forgetting a whole meal was ridiculous. This should have been their top priority, and it was disappointing to see it wasn't.

I see some of the neg reviews and I think that in all the time I went there it is inevitable that they get a few dings wrong, once in awhile but come, they are in the regular kinder, they are working hard again there, have to go, I cut them a bit. also, they can always go and ask them to repair it if there is something so unbearable.
